Phantom AI is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text prompts using various style presets and parameters. Features vary based on subscription tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phantom AI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@phantom-ai.dev.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for unused credits or partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Phantom AI to generate content that:

• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or depicts minors in any harmful manner.
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Is deceptive, defamatory, or intended to defraud or harass individuals.
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and your subscription being active, you own the images you generate using Phantom AI for personal and commercial use. However, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in all jurisdictions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
• Phantom AI retains ownership of the platform, models, and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
